Quality Inn Quincy - Tallahassee West

The sheets had not been changed (obvious) in the first room they gave us. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, they didn't even seem surprised...or say they were sorry. The next one at least had a freshly made bed...but the room was not very clean...i wore my sox in the room and they were gross...pubic hair in the tub, dead bugs in the sink. the bathroom floor hadn't been washed in a LONG time. Shower curtain rod came out of the bracket...on the plus side? The breakfast was appreciated. Morning clerk was very nice. Glad to pull out of that place!

The handicaps room didn’t work for him. He still had to step over the tub wall. Smaller counter space, which put the coffee pot on top of a large cabinet ,that made him have to reach over his head to reach it. Made it hard for me too. And I don’t have a balance problem. ( we didn’t use coffee pot). May be put some biscuits and gravy on menu. Will use regular room next time. And there will be more next times. Always have good stays at your motel. ( I’m in love with your coffee in the lobby.)

Horrible, dirty. The first room I went into looked like someone was there previously. The towels were a complete disaster. There was dirt everywhere hair on the ground. There was sticky cup rings on the nightstand. The comforter had black stains all over it. Called to the front desk and they switched rooms. The second room I came to I walked in and it smells like cigarette smoke. The room looked cleaner at first until I went to the bathroom and there was fecal stains in the toilet. So whoever the cleaning people are here obviously don't care. The towels also in the second room were in disarray like they were just thrown up there and I'm not even sure if they're clean or dirty. I had reservations from 10/16-10/19. When we arrived the room had no toilet paper, no towels and AC wasn’t working. So we asked for another room. Which was given to us but the key card wouldn’t work. So my husband and I left to go across the street to stay at different hotel which happened to be owned by the same person. The hotel manager there was really nice and told us she’d discuss it with the other manager. When we left we weren’t sure if cancellation would be approved but was approved a day later. For 6 weeks now I’ve tried to contact management about my refund. I’ve called over a dozen times and management never returned my call. I called today using a different phone and finally got a hold of management. She goes to tell me because it was a no cancellation reservation I couldn’t ge

Easy to get to, Right off the interstate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, hot showers It was quiet, there were a lot of cars in the parking lot and I never heard anybody.
