Quality Inn Port Clinton Waterfront

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean and quiet with a great view of Lake Erie!!!! The breakfast food was very tasty and plentiful. 10 STARS all around. We have been coming every year on our anniversary and loved it each time. Thank you, keep up the great work.

Bathtub was nasty, no wifi the whole time I was there, property trash cans stayed overflowed, Hotel employees hardly ever there they were at the owners other hotel next door closing it down for the season. Had to go buy toilet paper for our room cause housekeeping never gave us any, had to go buy tools to fix the shower head cause the water was going everywhere. I had went to the front desk a few times throughout the week to voice my issues just to be told management wasn't around. This use to be a pretty good hotelhave stayed here multiple times over the last 6 yrs without any issues but now seems like they just don't care about there customers. Will never stay here again. Terrible place to stay. Run down, dirty, stinks, and the list goes on and on. The front desk was less than accommodating with any issues. The room smelled like someone or something had recently died in it. The breakfast was a joke (stale bread and warm juice). The bathtub had black mold, and the carpet was sticky. I refused to shower or take off my shoes. I only stayed one night and couldn't wait to leave. They should tear this place down and start over. Totally disgusting!

Joseph took very good care of us. When we arrived, the microwave and telephone did not work in room 107. He immediately transferred us to room 104 in which all services worked well. We enjoyed our stay in Port Clinton.

I have used this specific hotel for various trips to Port Clinton for the past 6 years No more after this stay First they advertise a pool. True enough there was a pool. The first day we got there it was closed, the next day it was green but OPEN. The pool got greener and more nasty as the next 4 days went bye. I had a huge fight on my hands as I had my autistic 27 year old son with me and my autistic 14 year old grandson with me and they had been told that this place had a pool. This was a deal breaker. House keeping did not 1 time come by to clean the room. We called for items that we ran out of in our room, ex. clean towels, toilet paper, trash emptied. But no one ever came. I am so totally over this place and will not be back. We paid $900.00 for a room in this dump for 5 days. Next ti
