It's hard getting help from management. If there is anything that is needed taken care of they will ignore you. They don't want to put any money out for up keep. Raise rent every year. No enforcement of rules. People speeding, being loud racing around on golf carts all hours of the night, people throwing trash in yards, under age kids on golf carts raising hell with no parental supervision. Trash containers over flowing and parked in a mud hole. Managers won't put stone in area even after many complaints. Only 2 repairs made to MH Park in 18 years. Finally paved roads, 4 years after raising rent to pave roads, now they're not sealing pavement so it's all going to fall apart. No office hours so and no on site Managers this year so some people are taking advantage of lack of management th

Deb will only be available once a week for 1 hour. I tried to look at 2 trailers and they became pending before I got the chance to even look at one. I tried to look at either for over 3 weeks and she could never accommodate a decent time to show me once I gave more detail about myself. She had 0 pictures of the insides for whatever reason stating it needed work but its that bad to not show pictures? Pretty much a big run around with her holding a home over peoples head. I was passed over for 3 weeks cause she was out of town or couldnt come but all of sudden there pending. Just another snake in the grass manager

Nice campground, clean pool, friendly people and clean! Deb is fantastic! She is continuing to make improvements to make the place better and better. She is helpful for anything we need while we’re here on the weekends.

Raise the rent every year never fix anything threaten to throw you out when you complain even tho its not ur fault they dont wanna fix anything correctly cant run ac unit 90 % of the time due to lack of power and there fix is put a canopy tent over transformer with a fan and bags of ice on a holiday weekend with kids running around docks are always sinking all the owner cares about is making it look pretty cant fix stuff that matters but can siding the club house put new fences up and meditation area lots dont get stone you gotta buy that if you want nothing like renting a site and paying several hundred for stone so you dont have to back ur 40 thousand dollar camper in the mud

A hidden gem of a seasonal camping area. Full hookups on 98% of the spots. Great pool area. A pond and river to fish. Docks are available. Quiet area with friendly people.
