Quality Inn Pierre-Fort Pierre

Great room for a great price! I was unsure when I first checked in, but Amanda and her group bought the hotel a few days later and experience was changed for the better! They made the breakfast better, I was greeted daily, and they even are working on getting the pool up and running (something the previous owners had no thoughts of doing. Thank you for making my stay worth it!

checked in late Friday near midnight and only slept in the room for 4 hours. Charged full price for a 4 hour stay. Wanted an extra night stay but could not make the reservation until after a certain hour. My card was still charged after cancelling the extra night stay in which we did not stay. The reimbursement for the charges on my card took a long process as the manager was to be notified and then needed approval before reimbursement process could even start. Pool area was very dirty looking. Unprofessional personnel. Room rates for this hotel should not be over $100.00 a night, they need to lower the price per night of stay. Blankets were torn in the room. Looked like hand me down bedding. Hopefully this place will have improved if I decide to stay here again.

I traveled from Chicago and was passing through town and found the excellent rates being offered at Quality Inn. Amanda and Sherrie were excellent and helped to accommodate me with everything I needed. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, their hospitality was great and the rooms were very clean and everything was fresh.

Our room was minimal. Only one chair but, it worked. Coffee maker was Goofy where the basket didn't match the machine. Good fitness center - well equipped but it needs cleaned badly. Breakfast was late. Our guy was frantically setting things up at 6:15. Gravy was still cold at 7:00 a.m. but the microwave helped. Pool was well maintained but freezin' cold. Nice place that needs a little attention to detail.

First, the bathroom door was a little broken and the floors were a little dirty, but the rooms were pretty big. There was a guy who spoke Indian and barely could understand English. And the location is pretty bad since there are way better hotels just about a 10 minute walk. And the pool was closed when it said it was open. And the lobby is super tight
