The location was great. The person who checked us in was delightful. Unfortunately, our room smelled like old cigarettes, and it prevented me from sleeping well. We had to hit the road early the next morning, and were told the complimentary breakfast would be available from 5:00-10:00. When we showed up, everything was set up but the toaster didn’t work, there was no coffee made, and the water for the oatmeal wasn’t hot. I didn’t see a member of the staff to ask for assistance, so we left.

Well, I stay here last night in room 107 me and with my wife and such a nice service given by the Amrit I face TV issue, but I call on the front desk. He quickly answer me and he quickly follow the issue. it was not a big issue. It’s just a small issue like we are the old and there is a new technology, but I understand every Hotel have a different circumstances and he help me in a very good manner. Every time smile on the face and they serve breakfast not too much its called continental breakfast but in that price, it’s very good breakfast in morning.when we are doing check out,he greet me in very good manner again. I think his doing 24 hour work because we saw him last day in the noon ,again,We saw him in the night then again in the morning Amrit. I think you need a sleep Do not greedy

I came into town the weekend between Christmas & New Year's to visit my daughter, who lives in the Lake Havasu area. The owner, Amrit checked me in - great customer service & friendly. I also brought my dog, since the place is pet/dog friendly (there was a charge of $20 per night extra). Although the hotel looked like an older Motel 6, the room was clean and comfortable for the weekend stay. The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay, also. I would recommend this Quality Inn.

Yes, the manager Amrit and all his staff were very helpful. From the time we pulled in and got the room and they helped with getting some creamer for my room and a few more regular coffee packs. And breakfast room and waffles were super well cared for came out very good. And I will definitely keep this place in mind when I go down Highway 95.

Amrit was very helpful, very kind, and is very attentive and active amongst the hotel constantly. Anytime I need anything he is there to help. He is a very busy man, he always makes sure my room is clean and WiFi is strong. Natania is very sweet and kind as well. I highly recommend this hotel with its newly remodeled rooms.
