I was in an accident and had to go to the hospital, so when I arrived I had nothing. Crystal at the front desk made sure I had a charger so I could make all the phone calls I needed to with insurance, helped me with a tricky room key, and was generally awesome. It was never going to be my best couple of days, but she really helped make what could have been an awful experience tolerable. 10/10

Bed uncomfortable, lights falling off wall, shower ran all nite. Water damage on floor by toilet due to short shower curtain and unlevel rod. Heat & cool system vandalized, hard to determine what setting you are using. Breakfast nuke sausage not done, go waffle not rock hard pancakes. Smell moldy, windows don’t open. Won’t stay there again. Other BW put this one to shame.

The room was in good shape, bathroom is small but worked. The internet was good. The breakfast was marginal at best. The personnel were very good. 24 hour FIlbetos in next to hotel.

This was one of the most enjoyable stays at a Best Western property I had in a long time. Located in the quiet desert town of Parker, we were looking for a warm place to unwind and we did find it. The staff is so friendly I can hardly find the right words so describe how amazing they were. Our room was spacious and clean. Even the breakfast is very okay if you compare it to the abysmal breakfast you get in other US hotels (don't expect a European food standard though). The pool is unheated and sat at 15,5 C° / 60 F° during our stay in March. Swimming in it was rather refreshing. There's plenty of free parking in around the hotel. The only downside is that the room rates feel high compared to other hotels in Arizona. But there are not many hotels in Parker itself, so I think they can s

Others may have rated lower, I'm solo and more accepting, sometimes. Key card needed a special touch in order to work for entry. Couldn't figure out how to get TV to work with the two controllers. (OK, stared at phone). There is a fridge/freezer combo that helps, but upon opening had a bit of funk. AND... an annoying loud buzzing that NEVER turns off. (Thank you tinnitus). Microwave worked. Few random long black hair in bathroom, easily stood out. (Mine are short and gray). Beds were clean and tight and comfortable. View out the window a flag on a pole, and business buildings past a dirt lot (boat parking). There was a train, but didn't hear it much. |All staff were kind and respectful. There is a high turnaround of unique peeps traveling through, I can only imagine the characters that
