Quality Inn Orlando Near International Drive

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the General Manager, Melissa. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I felt welcomed and taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the guests and the overall experience. Because of Melissa’s excellent service and leadership, my stay was truly enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to coming back

I don't recommend staying here. The guy at the front desk was nice. That's the only good thing I have to say about the place. My room stunk. Bad. Like wet mildew-y clothes, like mold, like old dampness, like stale muggy air. I stayed here for four nights- which was four too many. I was in town for work and my employer booked the room. It was particularly busy the week I was there and there were no other hotels available, otherwise I would have changed the first night. I thought I would have gone nose blind at some point and I wouldn't notice the odor any more- but no, I smelled it every minute I was in that room, it was constant, nagging, and troubling. Upon returning from work every day I'd leave the door open for a while to let it air out. This brought only little relief. The

The entire building is run down. Air conditioning didn't work in our room. Shower know would only keep water extremely hot. Internet would not work. Was given a different room due to air not working was the only blessing. Hallway rugs looked as if it was flooded in two areas. I could go on, but don't think there is enough room for my rant.

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay warrants one due to the number of unresolved issues and lack of response despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel and corporate. If I could leave less than one star I would! I stayed at the Quality Inn Orlando Near International Drive in January for a work trip. From arrival, the property was in poor condition. The lobby was worn and unclean, and our room had dirty bedding (including hair and stains), bugs in the bathroom, missing basic toiletries, broken fixtures, and visible damage to the bathroom door. Most concerning, when we turned on the HVAC unit, it emitted a strong burning smell and triggered the smoke alarms. No staff member came to check on the situation or ensure guest safety. The hotel is in great price and good location, You can walk to stores and restaurants. You don’t need a lot of Ubers trips. The hotel looks like it was renovated before , my room had some details in the bathroom but the condition was acceptable. The service from the front desk was very kind and the lady from the breakfast area was super sweet. The breakfast is pretty simple (coffee, juice, fruit and bread) they offer me a card with 20% off in DENYS and free transportation to disney park. personally I think the hotel offers what you paying for.
