Quality Inn Neosho

We stayed for a night a few weeks ago and was surprised at how nice rooms were. Our room was quiet and the atmosphere peaceful. They were still painting some areas but had made sure their people were done by 6 pm. Also, they had breakfast stuff, which some hotels we have stayed at recently still do not have. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and made sure we had extra of anything we needed. Overall, I have to give full stars because despite the reno going on at the time, they gave us a restful stay experience.

We have recently changed over from super 8 to Quality Inn. We have all new furniture and new floors. We are open just call 4174551888 or just come in. You will like the new rooms.

I will say I don't really blame the staff for any of my issues, they were helpful and polite. It's probably more an issue on the management of the hotel, I will admit maybe I came at a bad time but I'd say that's also not a good excuse it's a hotel. The hotel was getting redone at the time I was there, so you just have loud noises all day long. Luckily I was out of the hotel room most of the time, at night it was quiet. When looking around we found towels and washclothes that had already had yellow spots which doesn't inspire the feeling that you're in a clean room. The lights and outlets on either side of our bed didn't work, so we weren't able to see super well in our room since there's no overhead light. If this was one of the renovated rooms, it didn't feel super new or renovated. The

We recently stayed 2 nights in this newly remodeled hotel. The beds were super comfy and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We highly recommend.
