Evicted my 50 year old my mom after living there for 15 years never late on rent never caused problems he sold the home out from under her and the sale fell thru so he gave it to lawn care guy . Lonny dose the bare minimum to fix thing and then blames his tendence an says it's there falt .
It's a nice park I've got friends that live there they really Like it it's very quiet my wife an I are thinking about moving there the manager seem to be real nice she don't put up with any drug people
Many lots open but when i called the manager said he didnt have anything available . Some residents say the guy just let the place run down.
Very nice clean quiet Mobile Home Park. The people who run it are very very nice and pleasant.
