Quality Inn Near the Island Pigeon Forge

My family and I stayed here this past weekend and enjoyed it. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The 24 hour pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids. My car broke down and we had to stay an extra night unexpectedly while it was being fixed and the staff were great with making this happen for us. My only complaint is the bathroom in the pool area. They were incredibly dirty and smelled awful to the point that we would just go back to our room on the 3rd floor if we needed to use the restroom.

Pool is 24 hours & clean! Hot tub is HOT! Satisfied! Great customer service! Only got a room to swim. Room was clean nothing extravagant. No bugs. Basic place to sleep n swim.

It was so clean and inviting. The first impression when walking into our room was better than any value motel we’ve ever stayed in. The shower was great with adjustable spray. The breakfast was great too with lots of options. Housekeeping came in and made our bed and freshened all towels. It was great! The pool and hot tub was also awesome!

The entire staff we're phenomenal! From the front desk, to the housekeepers, the maintenance guys, and the delightful lady who runs the breakfast in the morning, everyone we came in contact with we're kind and friendly and accommodating. The location is great! We normally stay in a cabin, but we wanted to be in the action this trip and we will definitely stay at this location again. Exceeded our expectations. Great price, too!

Rooms that open to the outdoors is fine for every season but winter. And going to the pool was done in the cold! The indoor pool and hot tub was great! Warm, plenty of seating and they do have restrooms which you can change your clothes in. The location is fantastic, right across from The Island, we enjoyed being able to walk over. They are within walking distance of many attractions and shops, as well as restaurants. The staff are supper friendly and accomadating. The beds slept great, not sure about pillows, took my own. The water pressure was good, the water temp in shower was luke warm, but hot in the sink, not sure why. Not sure about dining area, it was in the other building and we did not utilize that area.
