Customer Reviews
I came to stay at this hotel from 4 hours away for a very special event. When I came into the office the manager looked mad and did not greet kindly at all. I arrived at 2pm and I very kindly asked for an early check-in considering we had an event to attend and I needed to get ready and she immediately said not, not til 3. I pleaded with her and explained my situation and she did not seem to have any sympathy at all. I left the office and parked and began to get ready in my Car. I called other relatives who had arrived earlier than me to ask if they were able to check in and they said she was very rude and did not allow any exceptions. They all also got dressed in their car! I came back 10 minutes before 3 and asked to check in and she allowed it. When I proceeded to check in she said she
So many bad reviews. So unrealistic. If you can imagine this an expensive but really low budget motel, with bad mannered clerks, straight shower curtain bar, limited 3-prong electrical outlets, cold swimming pool, subpar continental breakfast, smelly room, locked down iron (on ironing board), thin towels, etc... there is nothing more to complain about. It feels like there's always bad people stealing stuffs from them. They are rightfully protecting it. But it speaks of the kind of clienteles. For good or bad, the maid cleaned the room in limited fashion EVERY day. Maybe just to monitor the room condition how it's being used. So don't expect much even though it's expensive.
Very pleasant stay, right next to where we were supposed to be for AIDS/Lifecycle 2025. Receptionist was pleasant, they didn't try and price gouge us and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Free snacks and drinks in reception too.
I decided to give them 4 stars because I hope it will be better in the future. I think it’s not that bad and everything is okay for me except the Ac/heat kinda loud sounds like a helicopter in the room. It woke me up 3 times at night while I was sleeping. The rest is okay and good !
The front desk clerk was extremely rude. I am work in customer service and was speaking to him in a friendly polite way and the clerk acted as if he was doing me a huge favor and was interrupting him. This even after I told him I already booked the room and can provide my confirmation number. I really don't understand why he works in customer service because he clearly is not cut out for it. The hotel room itself was pretty decent but good customer service is equally if not more important. This was the last time I get a room there.
