Inn at Kingcity

Hotel was under remodeling, we arrive late and we do not have chance to see the room before enter. Once we enter bad odor every where, bed sheet were stained by some liquids, with something weird I do not know exactly. Horrible towels worn and stained like black grease. The restroom bathtub have moho and curtain pipe was too rusted. Bad quality for the paid price. Bad rest on beds. Limited parking space for guests due big containers used for materials.

First I checked in room 243. Right when I walked in I walked into a huge puddle of water! I tried the call front desk with the phone in the room. It did not work! The light switches and walls were disgusting!! The fridge did not work. I immediately went to the office for a cleaner room. They moved me to 246. Again when I walked in, I walked into a puddle of water. Apparently it happens to ALL the rooms due to the AC. Room smelled MUSTY!!! Never had that happened at any hotel I have stayed in. I checked in pretty late so I just wanted to shower and sleep. The towels to use had stains and had a weird smell to them. The walls were filthy. I was going to get comfortable on the bed, and when I did so the sheets and pillows had dirt stains on them! I felt uncomfortable with the pillow sheets and

My stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The service was great, and the staff made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a family reunion, had a wonderful time. Rooms were big. Staff was nice, Have few fast food in neighbourhood.

Warm welcome by the staff, Room were nice and clean. Not pricey, It seems like they remodeling the rooms, Away from freeway.
