Quality Inn Moses Lake

The check in experience was great, and staff were super nice. And while the room was fine in that the bed was comfy, there were miscellaneous things that didn't work. The microwave and other electronics were plugged into the wall socket with a multiplug and surge protector, like daisy chained, and I had to adjust plugs to get the microwave to work. The wall mounted hair dryer did not work. The hair shampoo dispenser was empty when I took my shower. Lots of elements to my experience that leads me to say will not be staying at this establishment again when I return to this area.

Two stars for the customer service at the front desk. This was literally a quick nap overnight on my way to Idaho. I got there after midnight and was super tired from driving . It was 38 degrees outside and my room had the cold air on high. The blankets were super thin, and the main blanket smelled like it had never been washed. I was too tired to go in my car to grab my blanket, I was exhausted. The room was very outdated, but it's a small town, and it's a cheap motel. 4am in the morning some crazy person was banging on the doors in the hall. I put my six pillows over my head to drown the sound out. All that to say I didnt sleep well, and it wasn't clean or warm for winter weather.... next time I stop through moses lake I'll pay $30 more for a cleaner hotel and warm room.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Negative: The room smelled like old cigarette smoke that absorbed into carpet and furniture. It was not quite as clean as I would like. A lot of dust on everything.

Breakfast is great. It's basic in regards to eggs and meat but they have a variety of pastries and cereals. Two kinds of waffle mix as well. Very well done. Joanne is the best front desk person you could ever ask for. She has been outstanding each time we visit. I can't say enough great things about her. The other staff we met were friendly as well. The rooms are unfortunately another story. I understand you get what you pay for, but each year our room feels saturated in moisture. It also smelled extremely musty like football pads. Whenever I laid on the bed it felt as though someone had misted it. Hopefully the renovations are finished by next year or at least I'm hoping I'll get a room that is in better condition. The worst hotel don’t even go in there. I don’t recommend it at all. The food was bad. The room wasn’t even clean. The customer service is trash. If you ask for soap or tails or whatever you need. They’ll just tell you OK. Don’t even tell you nothing. They’ll just leave it like that. Just know that. If you wanna enjoy your vacation, stay away from this .
