Stained sheets, dirty rooms/bathrooms, mold, dust, and bad odors (sewage, sweat) Uncomfortable, scammer they will never return your deposit. For 2 months I was calling to get my deposit back. Very rude customer service. my 3rd month I gave up tired for asking my deposit. $60 they made me forget. They don’t clean your room in five days , I asked front desk manager I need my room to be. He told me since coronavirus we only clean rooms in 5 days.

Everything about this stay was the opposite of what I expect from a choice hotel. How it is allowed to be branded as a choice hotel is beyond me. Just a light sample. Missing and moldy lamp shades. Broken AC controller. Zero " amenities". No soap, shampoo, coffee, iron, hangers..... Old retired pool towels for bath towels. Broken bathroom door. Exposed, inoperable vent fan. I could go on for pages. Long time choice member, who averages 45 nights a year. Then, to top it all off, the clerk left me in the vestibule while he inspected the room before refunding my deposit! I've never! Didn't even unlock the lobby doors do I could wait inside! Holy cow choice. Why is this rat trap bearing your logo?

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Had to move to 3 different rooms and literally just had to take the least worst one. 1st one had mold in shower and shower curtains and black tub and door did not lock, 2nd room smelled like mold as soon as you walked in, mold in shower and shower curtain and mold on lamp shades, dirty sheets, 3rd room still had mold in shower but smelled better than 2nd room. I wanted my money back at room 2 as i was going to go next door and book a different hotel and they denied me a refund. Would give negative stars if possible.

In lobby all fountain dispensers were marked out of order. Wash machine and dryer both marked out of order. This was one of the things we were looking for when choosing accommodations. We were not told of the lack of working amenities. I took the coffee maker to woman at front desk for her to see the mold within 20 minutes of checking in. She said she could get me another room but did not. We stayed a total of two hours. It was so filthy i couldn’t even sit down. The bed had a big brown 3 foot diameter liquid stain on the top and some other large liquid stains. The smell of mold & mildew was overwhelming. Spiders webs all along the ceiling. My family booked 2 rooms, took 30~40 minutes to check in due to technical issues. Both rooms smelled of either mildew and/or smoke.||In one of the rooms, the bathroom had no toilet paper and no backups. We had to go to the front desk to request more. No tissues either. Just one or two full size towels, and two hand towels. One of the hand towels had a grass bur (?) on it for some reason, which poked me after I washed and dried my hands. ||Most everything is out of order. The ice machine, washer and dryer, vending machines, were all out of order. ||My family went to grab complimentary breakfast in the morning at 9 am.
