Quality Inn Mitchell I-90

The motel staff was very friendly and attentive. The motel was very clean, and staff was seen cleaning the kitchen and common areas. The location is very convenient. Our room was cleaned daily, which often doesn't happen in other motels anymore. The breakfast offered many options.

Paid 129,00 plus tax for one night which is a bit higher than usual for a quality inn. Was clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. Breakfast looked minimal so we left to go eat somewhere else . Ate dinner at Marlins nearby which was good

Would not recommend and won't stay again. Front desk upon check in watching the tv. NO ELEVATOR and we had 2nd floor room. See picture for state of the room (stains everywhere, bed linens, carpeting, etc. Bathroom ceiling flaking off. Having lugged our heavy luggage up the stairs and being 7:30pm after long travel day, I didn't want to disturb the front desk person from watching tv to be moved. Pictures are of room as soon as we checked in.

We stayed ere two weekends in a row when visiting our son at DWU. Location is great, rooms are spacious and staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, self service with hot options. The pool and hot tub are lovely and there are laundry and drying machines for use (which work well). WiFi is excellent. Of all the hotels in Mitchell, we found the Quality Inn offered the best value and would definitely recommend it.

We ended up traveling unexpectedly (two adults and a dog) for 1500 miles, 3000 round trip. Our stay here was so good headed west with a random selection off of Hotwire, we purposely decided to stay here on the way back east. For one, the rooms were clean. We were in two designated pet friendly rooms. For those who have traveled with pets, you know you can tell when they don’t clean the rooms well because your animal will become focused on areas where previous animals have been. Our dog couldn’t even tell other animals had been there before. Beds were clean. And so were the bathrooms!! Last night 11/30, there weren’t a lot of people checked in, I’m sure due to less travelers after the holiday weekend and poor weather conditions.
