Quality Inn - Mill Stream Country Inn

It was my first time staying here when visiting Lancaster & I must say I am very happy with my experience. Check-in was a breeze & what is most important to me is cleanliness, the lobby was impeccable & the room was great as well. The room was also very quiet without noise from other guests. I will definitely be back & recommend it to others. The rooms are renovated only thing I would say is although it is super clean, the walls themselves could be repainted. Other than that great experience!

We were treated very kindly when making our reservation, even when we needed to change it slightly. The rooms are very clean. It’s nice to be able to get breakfast there. The only thing we would suggest is the addition of a rug right inside the door of the room to wipe your shoes on and to have a place for your shoes, because of the winter weather.

Price was more compared to the quality. Multiple stains on sheets. Bathroom had spiders and needed cleaned behind the door. Some updates, like vinyl flooring. But definitely dated. Check in was easy and desk person very sweet. This is a motel style, which I was not expecting. Breakfast was ok, except for the egg whites. No yolks for you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best hotels in town! Their room rates are extremely reasonable, making it a great value for money. The staff is very polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The property is well-maintained with excellent cleanliness everywhere, including the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The bedding is super comfortable, neat, and feels very premium, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service at the best price!

We booked 3 rooms for 9 people summer of 2025. This place was affordable and seemed like a good deal due to hot breakfast and supposedly updated rooms but we encountered some problems while there for a one night stay. Check in was fine, they seemed friendly enough but front desk area smelled a bit like cigarettes. On our way to the rooms we noticed the outside walkways and stairs were filthy with dead bugs, cobwebs, leaves and other debris and it was obvious it had not been cleaned or swept in ages. I think there was even animal, maybe dog poop/stains on the stairs. So gross. Our rooms had not been cleaned from the last guests that stayed there. We had to go back to the front desk to inform them. the manager apologized and said they were short of staff. She tells the cleaning lady to go c
