Quality Inn

Decent rooms for the price. Not the best but not the worst either. Beds are small. Really nice lobby and pool area. Not sure if the fitness center was open couldn't get the key card to work. Kid and pet friendly. Nice staff. No kids allowed in the pool area without adults which they really stick to. So that was kind of nice to not have a bunch of unattended kids going wild. Breakfast was ok. Better than nothing but no cheese or hot sauce for the eggs. Good coffee though.

I was in Marshall for work. This hotel fell within my price range. Staff was kind. Rooms were clean. Hot tub and pool was refreshing after work. Hot breakfast options. I will be visiting again.

Excellent in all categories! The staff was professional, positive and down right kind. Check -in was great. We had arrived to Marshall earlier than expected and they worked it out for us to get into our room. Was able to spend extra time with my daughter. Location is great. The included breakfast is a very nice feature. The room and pool area all very clean and fresh. I'm visiting from Florida and will be back to stay here again in January.

I had an amazing stay at the Quality Inn Marshall! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained — you can tell the staff take great pride in keeping everything clean. The pool and hot tub were absolutely fantastic — perfect for relaxing after a long day. What really stood out to me was the super friendly and helpful staff; they made me feel genuinely welcome from check-in to check-out. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town!

The shower rod is falling off so the shower curtain didn't extend from wall to wall. That should have been caught before the room was used. The shower/faucet hardly worked; half shower and half out of the faucet. Bathtub didn't drain right and was quickly filling up do the drain part didn't work well either. The batteries in the TV remote were taped in. Really? There was a plastic knife on the floor and the drapes/rod weren't right. The plastic rod to open and close them was on the floor. Alarm clock wasn't plugged in. The bedding on one bed was stained. I think if you are going to name yourself Quality Inn, at least the bedding should look clean. We were tired and by the time we found out about the shower, we were going to bed so certainly didn't want to change rooms even if th
