Quality Inn Louisville MS

The rooms are absolutely horrid! The towels/washcloths are so stained they look brown. The sheets/blankets have stains. The water pressure is very bad. The shower head had so much mold on it, it was so disgusting. The lady Christina at the front desk was sooooo rude! I would’ve gave 0 stars if I could’ve.

Pro: location, price, safety, parking, Wi-Fi, room clean and well maintained and the breakfast has improved Con: the shower has no grab-bar which is bad for people with disabilities and senior citizens like me, the hot water is not hot, it’s warm.

The room was basically clean and comfortable, but there were no clothes hooks in the bathroom and only one bar of soap for the shower and lavatory. The toilet would not flush unless the handle was held down. The breakfast was ok but not great. There is a very good restaurant next door.

My family and I LOVE staying here. The staff is so professional and the rooms are always clean and up to date. BEST HOTEL IN LOUISVILLE HANDS DOWN!!!!

This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced first off the front desk has horrible customer service! Online they accept 3rd party payments from klarna but upon check in they deny any use of klarna and says that payment isn’t acceptable but we called previous May to make sure it would be fine and they said yes and to come day of check in they changed their mind which was very inconvenient for me and my family who were in town for a family reunion. They were no help and told me if we wanted to stay there we had to figure it out. With no other option we paid cash and if you know about klarna it is very convenient in buying process if your tight on funds, we then got a room which was dirty from the sheets having hair and rubber bands from previous guest also mysteriously stains Al over the sh
