Quality Inn Lake Elsinore I-15

2 stars just because it’s clean but the shower only gets warm not hot at all i was pretty cold while trying to shower in water that won’t get hot. Also the alarm/stereo was constantly making noise like the radio was turning on every 10 minutes radio static coming out of it even tho it was off I’d recommend chekcing you room has hot water and no faulty electronics before committing to your stay I wish I went elsewhere for a hot shower and quiet room

OK so overall place was very quiet and overall clean. Smokers room was without doubt a smokers room,by the smell of stale Ciggerates. As expected I guess. The 2 issues I think are worth noting is #1 the coffee! Absoultety horrible. Basically hot water ran through an old empty coffee filter. Just terrible. And #2 would be the morning desk clerk as nice as he was; he was to much in a rush to get my friend and I out of the office when we were trying to get our breakfast. We still had 10minutes before breakfast was closed and he was taking the milk and sugars and creamer away as I'm using it. Didn't even let our waffles finish cooking before shutting the machine off. And then when we has got the food we wanted he was kinda rude about us not geing able to carry the food to the rooms and wanting

Got a hotel for the night to see a show in town. on the surface seemed nice. I was then charged a $100 deposit, twice what you'd pay anywhere else. Thought it was weird but no biggie. And then we found roaches in the room. We captured them for the hotel staff to find the following morning. Come the morning, they refused to refund the majority of my deposit because of period bleeding on the sheets- bleeding that would in fact wash out with proper care. they ALSO DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE ROACHES. plenty of other hotels in the area. stay somewhere else.

This Hotel was a great experience! The staff was very welcoming upon my travels from upstate New York. I enjoyed my morning coffee in the front lobby and met wondering people who were also staying at the Quality Inn. I was grateful that the Hotel provided laundry services. The hotel also exchanges quarters to do your laundry!! How wonderful! No need to go to the store or bank to get quarters. The view is amazingly beautiful, everything is walking distance, food, stores, etc. . Great stay! God Bless 🙏❤️🙏❤️

On the up side, we found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The room was fairly comfortable and clean, and used soaps and shampoos were replenished. The noise, however, was a huge negative. We could hear people talking until all hours of the morning. Traffic noise and a very loud air conditioner also added to our dissatisfaction. Additionally the bathtub had disintegrated areas and the toilet didn’t flush well. Wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
