It's quiet. There is an on site laundry mat(small). So far only seen little dogs.
Constantly improving accommodations, very friendly and understanding staff. Excellent place to call home.
9/27/2023 Been at this park with a 40' container for close to 20 years have been treated great by CHUCK THE MANAGER Asst Dennis Williams Received a check back ( posted in JULY) from U S POST OFFICE That they were unable to deliver it, , but not the envelope that i used! Been living in the park for going on 3 years. It's very quiet and I feel very safe there. Most people are friendly. Chuck is a very nice on site manager.
It's a simple nice and quiet spot. Not appt of traffic noise. And backed right up to the mountains, where you have hiking, bike riding, 4x4 trails, and the best views in town.
