Quality Inn Kingsland

Cockroaches were in our room, and also crawling around the breakfast buffet. Very loud noises all night. Our bathroom door was broken, would not stay shut at all. The door to our room was super drafty. Beds were very uncomfortable/hard. There were cigarette holes in the bedspreads, in our non-smoking room. Many aspects of the hotel were in disrepair.

Lisa has been such a joy to deal with while staying at Quality, she really goes above and beyond to make sure guests are well taken care of if a issue should arise. Staff is great and the housekeeping does a wonderful job as well and if you need anything they always have it on hand.

Stay away from this place. Door shut but barely, wouldn’t lock, snot and boogers all over the walls, lamp shades were covered in some sort of smeared orange something, holes in the walls, carpet was dirtier than a porta john floor, cockroaches in the room. We left after an hour. Told the front desk and all they said was “ Do you want your receipt?”

Positive: The friendly, professional staff . The beds were very clean and comfortable. Negative: It was dirty, old , the carpet in the room was disgusting and the toilet bowl was broken and dirty

The heater did not function properly and instead made the room cold. While the water temperature was hot and initially felt good, there was a leak that caused water to spray outside the tub, leaving the bathroom floor wet and slippery, which was unsafe. Additionally, the bed cover had black stains of an unknown substance. Overall, the room felt unclean, outdated, and poorly maintained, which was very disappointing.
