Quality Inn Kingdom City I-70

Great staff and breakfast. Everything I needed for the one night stay. This was a very pleasant stay! Super nice staff, clean rooms and everything worked! And the breakfast was kept up, full of options and delicious.

I would never stay here again! It was dirty, run down. The staff was terrible. I was locked both out of and into my room! The food looked like the plastic food to see in a child’s toy set. It is a pet friendly hotel, but the staff is petrified of animals also they made me really uncomfortable to be walking with my dog to take him out. It was one of the top 5 worst hotel stays I’ve had! I am not that picky when just doing an overnight stay. I would never stay here again ! Do not stay here!

I should really give it a 1 but it gets a 2 because the front desk staff member was welcoming and friendly. “Quality” should not be in the name of this place. Carpets on the stairs (no elevator) and in the hallways are filthy. Carpet in the room was brown, making it hard to see the bugs until they scurried. Sheets and towels seemed clean. As others have said, it was a roof over our head when we needed some rest. Left as soon as we could in the morning.

The Hotel staff were amazing! The snack/soda machine was pretty gross, several of the display bottles had been crushed due to exposure and were mostly empty the days we stayed. The hot tub was a small rectangle. The pool looked ok but there was a strange smell, so we did not get into the water. The coffee area was a mess with the little trash container on the counter overflowing. The bed in our room was real nice lots of pillows. There were only two chairs in the room and both were very small. The AC froze and started streaming water into the room, the manager fixed it and we had a big fan in our room with was great. The toilet was VERY small and very low to the ground. It was hard to get clean from that height. We never ate breakfast there so I cannot comment on that. Hotel needs upd

Suite did not have hideabed just a short couch. We wanted the suite because there are 3 of us and we all wanted our own bed. The pool was out of order and drained dry. Breakfast was empty most mornings and not refilled. Stairs to upper floor with no elevator. All of the reasons we choose this hotel were not available. Plus it was more expensive than another hotel that had the features we wanted but was a few miles further away.
