Capital O Amerihost Inn and Suites Kingdom City Hwy 54 MO

I took this room due to poor advance planning on my part. Quite honestly, it was the only establishment in Kingdom City MO that had a room on the night of my stay. The facility has three floors, but no elevators. The facility appears to have been a Super 8 motel in a previous life (as per the mat at the front door). The entire facility reeked of cigarettes and weed. Several of the towels in the bathroom appeared to be either dirty or permanently stained. Bathroom sink had no stopper. The top sheet on the bed was torn. The remote control for the TV only selected a higher channel. I ended up watching late news on my phone via YouTube TV. I seriously considered sleeping in my car instead of the hotel bed. Had I not booked through bookonline.com and already paid for the room, I woul

someone stole two food orders totalling eighty dollars. and broke into my room while I was upstairs talking to the other employee. I want the cameras reviewed and my money returned. please

They took my $50 deposit and never returned it. I have contacted them 6 times and every time they say to call back when the manager is there. The manager is never there so they have stolen $50 from me.

$50 deposit so u can trash the room and they will still make $. No towels. Blood on the bathroom wall. Just absolutely filthy. Mystery stains on the shower curtains. 3 lumps that I guess could be considered pillows on a very uncomfortable (and very stained) mattress. Definitely do not recommend. My back still hurts.
