Quality Inn Kennedy Space Center

Just want to share my horrific experience with GoPort & Quality Inn Titusville. First and last time!!!!! Hotel room was disgusting…I’m talking drips down bathroom wall of god knows what, bathroom nasty altogether, mold smell when air was turned on and what I can only suspect as bed bugs. Bed felt like sand, black dots all over, black streak stains on linens and when I moved a pillow a bug that Google confirmed as a bed bug! 🤢 Very loud intestate noise and I’ve stayed at other hotels on this strip so not the norm. The hotel offered a different room but that was it. No refund. No invoice showing my check in check out time. Nothing!

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times. I am originally from Titusville, so I know the area well. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. One room was on the 1st floor and the other was on the 2nd. All three nights both of our rooms smelled like "Skunk Weed" marajuana. It was so bad that our child became sick. We called the front desk and asked if there was security. The owners walked around but found nobody. They could smell it, but never found where it came from? This happened all 3 nights. The 3rd night I walked out of my room and said loud enough for the smokers to hear me, that I had called the police. Only then did they stop. Upon checkout I talked with the owner. She said there really wasn't much they can do when people are smoking it. There aren't any cameras in the stairwell where

You get what you pay for ... cheap price. Dirty inside and out. Good cable good air. BUT I think the new owners sold the good renovations that were done a few years ago. No USB outlets. They had USB outlets 2 years ago ? Or.maybe because I booked 7 nights they felt small tv no USB outlets and put him under the stairs would be good lol I ve stayed at this hotel for 12 yrs but not in the last 2 .... felt dirty. Kept a towel under my feet when I was barefoot. Worried for my car .... asked for not facing hwy roo. But was told they were booked. Hotel was pretty empty Monday to Friday

I overly love this place! If you are looking for a home away from home than this is the place for you. The staff is super friendly and nice, they don't mind going over and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Mrs. Pooja who is at the front desk has to be the most nice and sweetest down to earth person I have ever came across. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, the pool is always clean and available. The staff works as a team to help accommodate any and every one of your needs. Definitely will give this place a 5 ⭐. Thank you to all who played a part of making me and my kids stay at Quality Inn worth it. I will definitely will be returning again. |*Meka Prescott*

Absolutely disgusting!! Never have I ever had such a terrible experience at a Quality inn. Hair here there and everywhere and nothing was probably cleaned. The hotel manager said he will not refund for the room we did not stay in bc it was extremely unsanitary unless I take down my review down. We decided to call Corporate “Choice Hotels” They only gave use points for another stay but not enough points to cover the full night. Choice Hotels must be okay with their hotels blackmailing their customers.
