Quality Inn Kenly I-95

Exceptional service from the two women I dealt with checking in and checking out. I really appreciate the call I received before I arrived, asking if I'd meant to reserve a smoking room. I did not, and the reservation was switched to non-smoking. The lobby has a cool area for small children with books and toys, and there's a popcorn machine that made the lobby smell yummy. The only thing that would have improved the stay, would be healthier options available for breakfast. The best option was yogurt. Fresh fruit and protein would be a great addition. Maybe sausage, eggs, or even small packets of nuts to grab on the way out. I will defnitely be staying here again if I end up in the area again. They clearly care about the comfort of their guests, and take pride in their jobs.

Really pleased with our stay. It’s an older-style property with outdoor room entrances, but the rooms have been updated very nicely — not a cheap or rushed renovation. Everything felt solid and well cared for. I travel a lot for work and usually lean toward higher-end hotels, while my wife is perfectly happy with more budget-friendly places. What we both agree on is clean, comfortable, and safe, and this place checked all three boxes easily. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and quiet, and the new, name-brand AC units were a nice surprise. We were also traveling with two cats (one elderly) and had some concerns, but the room was spotless with no odors or signs of previous pets. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Breakfast is fine for getting on

Fist place in a long time that made me feel at home!! Very nice staff!!! Rooms were clean and smell clean soon as you open the door. Definitely earned 5 stars plus.. I will be visiting here every time I pass through and need a cozy place.

The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable and did not squeak, the lights and tv were turned on when we arrived. Brentney checked us in and has been so friendly the 3 times we have stayed here. Mary Beth checked us out and is so personable to talk to and willing to listen and answer questions. I have recommended this Quality Inn to friends and would recommend it to anyone. This has been the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. This will be our stop when heading north and south.

This quality inn is amazing they have Hot waffles,Hot oatmeal, toast ,bagels ,yogurt, 3 different types of cereal, 3 different types of whip cream, fruit, and dry station, cottage cheese, the staff is amazing they go above beyond to ensure guests have a wonderful stay, they take pride in what they do shout out to Marybeth the property manager and her team Brentney, Brenda, Frank, Maria and lupe.the rooms are always clean and they service popcorn and nachos on Fridays and Saturdays. They are pet friendly come stay at this Quality inn they will make your stay enjoyable and you will want to return.They are off I-95 exit 107.
