Budget Inn

First off the owners of this establishment are wonderful! So nice and helpful. The rooms are nice, clean, and the King Size bed made me feel like I was at home not a Hotel, which is good for someone with a bad back. I thought I would only need a room for one night but as it turns out I needed it for a second, I found this out about a hour and a half before checkout. I was able to keep the room I was in no problem. If anyone is coming through the area and need a nice, affordable, quiet room don't overlook this place.

Best prices, definitely pet friendly with a serene setting and surrounded by down to earth individuals. Housekeeping is timely and customer service is exactly that. Each room has its own astetic, not to mention the beautiful garden senery as well. Very old school with a modern day twist.

This is the most recent review: Room 126 had absolutely no bed bugs or cockroaches. Air conditioner wasn't entirely effective but it sufficed. TV was probably one of the best things. Locks are triple locked with chain, dead bolt, and swing locker. Very friendly and calm FD staff.

I stayed for 3 weeks. The new owners are very accommodating and helpful with whatever I needed. Room was big, clean and quiet. The bed was comfy. I had no problem with noise. I also felt safe staying there alone as a female. I would definitely stay again in the future. Pricing is good for area.

Hi this is Anthony Tyus. I've stayed 2 times for 3 nights each and it wasn't all too bad at all. It was a personal stay for me. The cable is decent with hi- definition TV and the shower 🚿 is nice and hot. The bed 🛏️ is comfortable. I just wish 😁 he had better plusher pillows though for the room. I had to bring my own. Overall clean and budget friendly room. I might bring my coffee ☕ pot next time so I can enjoy hot coffee in the morning or late afternoon. I like the fridge and microwave and that good places to eat are nearby. It's convenient location for travelling people along I-95. I'm assuming the pungent smell when you enter the room is from the new renovation and construction. It a somewhat musty and like a cabin in the woods, however, it wasn't lingering. I did like how the room is p
