Quality Inn Heber Springs

Husband and i had to make an emergency trip in early dec 2025 to heber springs and they were very understanding of our specific needs and situation, the room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Lots of room for service animals or pets to be walked. We really couldnt ask for anything more. The breakfast for what they had was good loved the bisquits and gravy, although not a lot of choices for diabetics it was still good. the price was very reasonable Anytime we go to Heber springs this place will be our first choice

This room was booked for us when we were in town for 2 nights on business. I would not typically ever stay at a quality inn, They are across the board poorly kept and not a nice place to stay. So, I was pleasantly surprised when arriving here, on the cleanliness of this place. Everything was very neat and clean. The hotel is dated, the rooms smelled old, but nothing a good bottle of febreeze couldn’t freshen up. It was very clean, in fact cleaner than some higher brand hotels I generally stay at. The bed was comfortable if you like firm, of which we do. The pillows were ok. The blankets, I can’t say that I’ve ever slept with such thin blankets. Bathroom was spotless not a speck of hair or mold. Towels are probably the thinnest I’ve ever seen 😆 the water got plenty hot and the pressure was

The bathroom sink had hair all in it where someone had shaved and it was apparent that it didn’t get cleaned, I don’t understand how the maid missed this. There were also some long hairs on the shower walls, so it didn’t get cleaned very well either. The bedspread had cigarette burn marks all over it, even though it was a non-smoking room, looked extremely tacky. I tried to use the safe but the batteries were dead in it.

Canceled my handicap reservation. I had no room to stay in. Very rude about it. Told you have been moved to top floor 3 to 4 flights of stairs do you want it or cancel it no charges. This is not mobile accessible as listed on reservation that they didn't deny was there

I absolutely loved my experience at this hotel. First, I loved that it had a little kitchenette in the room, which was nice because we were so close to the lake. We wanted to come back and be able to have something to eat easily and there was room To make sandwiches, etc. Second, the location was phenomenal if you want to be close to the lake. Third and most important was their customer service. We forgot our wallet in the room and live a few hours away and the manager. Lisa contacted us then went out of her way and had it mailed to us. The rooms were clean. The people were friendly. The service was great.
