Ms. Pam and her support staff are the best! We were able to view a home, sign a lease and be moved in, in about 45 days. They probably could have made it happen quicker, but we needed to give 30 days notice at our old place. Newer homes are being brought in and set up, I see workers renovating the older ones as well. We had a few issues that needed repaired and Ms. Pam got someone on it QUICKLY! It’s even quiet!! I honestly expected some night time noise with neighbors so close, but everyone is respectful!! The hubs and I haven’t slept this good in months!! Thank you again for providing a safe, affordable place to live!!

Pam Miller is such a wonderful lady and has been very helpful during the leasing and move in process. She even invited us to church which was very thoughtful, as we are brand new to both the area and the state of Arkansas. Also, I read the terms of the lease, all the fine print as people call it, and the lease is actually very fair for both tenants and management. It is difficult to find a lease that is this fair and lenient towards tenants. Often times, you will see other places engage in shady and unfair practices, or be VERY strict about rules and evict people after only one minor offense. But this is not the case with Heber Springs Mobile Home Park. It seems like as long as you hold up your end of the deal they will hold up theirs, and they will be reasonable about everything. Homes are affordable even on a budget, Pam is wonderful to work with, new/newer homes are going in all the time, older homes are being renovated, lot space is affordable, 30 minute walk to Walmart or a 5 minute drive, it's quiet, all in all a very nice place.

I’m a new member of the community and have Been met with nothing but positivity! They have amazing deals on their mobile homes and This is a great place for people of all ages! I’m not sure how this community was before but I can see a bright future for this community!
