Quality Inn Gettysburg Battlefield

It's fine IF you don't mind the housekeeping staff walking into your room without knocking prior to checkout time. And if you call them out on it they will offer you a 20% refund on the room. I think my dignity is worth more than 20%. How would you feel?

This hotel is at 4.5 for me. We actually loved the stay. We had our two dogs and it was great how they had a nice green area. The room was spacious and clean. My issue is the toilet in our room. You have to hold the flusher down the whole time. We let the front desk know when we checked out about it and she was a little cranky. However, housekeeping and the breakfast attendant were absolutely amazing and friendly. Location was stellar. You can walk downtown provided you dont have any physical limitations.

A great diamond in the rough. We were actually able to have a room with three beds. The location could not have been better, you are literally steps away from the battlefield. This is not the most modern of hotels, but the down home charm could not be beat. The next time we are in the Gettysburg area we will be staying there.

We love the location of this Hotel! Our room is always great, we love facing the field! But our favorite thing is sitting in the lobby by the fire having our morning coffee! The manager is super nice - we enjoy talking with her. And the Breakfast Cottage is amazing! No need to find a place for breakfast for early risers like us!

The best part about this hotel is the location. It is walking distance to downtown and also easy accessible via the bike trails. If you are planning to bike the trails, this location is perfect. We also liked how affordable it was, it included breakfast and had a small pool which was perfect for traveling with kids. Their breakfast is buffet style and good enough but the house where breakfast is served has limited seating for the size of the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable enough, only downside was the loud heater fan. It has a bar on premises, which we did not get to check out. Across from it is a local brewery with delicious food and drinks. Overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend this place if you are looking for a convenient location for a couple of nights
