Large, clean room. All amenities in working order. Breakfast quite filling, with a good selection of hot and cold items. Professional staff. Our cat loved the bed and the carpet!

Sometimes snowstorms strand you in surprising places. Mine happened to be the Quality Inn in Geneseo, and honestly? I'd do it again a hundred times over. Let's be real: Quality Inn doesn't exactly conjure images of pristine perfection. But this place? Seriously the cleanest rooms this side of the Mississippi. I'm talking hospital-corners-meet-minimalist-spa clean. The kind of clean that makes you wonder if you're the first person to ever stay in the room (you're not, but still). Quiet, comfortable, and exactly what anybody stranded in upstate New York winter chaos would want. No frills, no fuss... just a well-run operation that clearly takes pride in their property. My room was clean and attractive. The housekeeping service was stellar. I was there with a group for a quilting retreat. Your staff was so friendly and helpful....and the food was excellent.

I stayed here for my birthday this year since I was in town visiting family. This hotel has been around for years under a couple different names, and for a long time it was the only national chain hotel in town. It's a two-story building with interior corridors, but no elevator - a design shared with a number of Quality Inns I've visited recently. The hotel is connected to a banquet hall. The hotel's public spaces have a traditional, "country home" style decor - quite attractive and welcoming.||||I was staying with a family member for this trip, so I decided to book a room with two double beds. The hotel was clean and smelled good the breakfast was great and the staff was awesome day and night shift i was so pleased and happy i slept good and didn't want to leave.
