Oak Valley Inn and suites

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Oak Valley! The location was ideal: it was close to many shops and restaurants but still felt quiet and secluded. It was a quick 16 minute drive to Letchworth and a little less than 30 minutes to Stony Brook, both incredible hiking parks. We stayed in the “Ash” room on the first floor, a short walk to the dining room, and the windows overlooked the brewery next door. It was quaint and clean, and the water pressure in the shower was strong, which we appreciated after a long day of hiking. Margie made sure to adapt the breakfast offerings based on our dietary restrictions, so if you are gluten-free or dairy-free, you’ll still be able to enjoy Jay and Margie’s delicious food! Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Oak Valley! The White House cottage was the perfect space to accommodate our family of 2 adults and 3 young children. It has been recently renovated and is gorgeous! Beds are comfortable and the cottage has everything we needed. Margie was so kind to our kids and even opened up the chicken coop right behind the cottage to let our kids pet and chase the chickens which made their day! She also allowed us to keep the fresh eggs from that day and they were by far the best eggs we’ve ever tasted! If you’re ever in the Geneseo area, make sure you stay here, you won’t regret it! We won’t be staying anywhere else in future visits! Thank you Margie for ac wonderful and memorable experience!

Fantastic diversion from the standard run of the mill hotel. The hosts were incredibly friendly and fun to talk to and made the stay special. Lots of unique features to the inn, including an airplane museum and local artist's artwork being displayed throughout. Breakfast was handmade to order by the hosts and was delicious. Can't say enough. Only wish is that it was on a lake or in the woods, but you can't beat the proximity to SUNY Geneseo.

We have stayed at Oak Valley Inn and Suites several times and will continue to stay there whenever we visit our grandson who attends the University there. Margie and Jay are great hosts, the rooms are clean and spacious, pub right next door so you can have dinner without driving

3rd time my wife and I stayed here. Very friendly and professional. Clean and comfortable. We had our son with us this time so we stayed in the Cottage and loved it. My friends stayed in two rooms in the main building and also said it was clean and comfortable...excellent breakfast both mornings. Thank you Jay and Marjorie! We will be back next fall Tim
