Hampton Inn Geneseo

Rooms are outdated, but unless you're planning on spending a lot of time in the room I'm not sure it matters. Bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was nice and hot. I do think some of the in-room chairs need to be replaced. Great location, plenty of places to eat and it's a short drive to Letchworth State Park.

Staff was terribly rude. Hot tub was not hot at all (was colder than the pool). Breakfast was good but i had hair in my food. All the workers had snobby attitude and the rooms are very outdated. Would not recommend.

Would love to write a great review because this was my families go to spot to stay, but this afternoon I had the worst experience ever. The women at the front desk was completely absent at check in, but we did overhear her talking down to an employee. When she finally showed up she was incredibly rude to my teenager so we just left. I would LOVE to leave her name, but she was not wearing a name badge. We'll be looking for another place to stay from now on.

Safe, quiet and comfortable. Close to restaurants, stores and short drive to the college. Letchworth is just about 20 minutes from the hotel and definitely worth the trip. We will definitely stay again
