Side note: wouldn't trust the replies, looks like they just ran it through AI. My family booked this place in March 2026. For 63$ a night, it's not bad, but do not have your expectations high. Beds were comfortable and the ac works, just loose stuff. The blinds are extremely good. I lost track of time because I still thought it was dark in the morning. My biggest issue is the bathroom, looked extremely nasty. It was definetly rusted and the toilet seat is low. If I were you, I would just use the lobby bathroom. I wouldn't trust the breakfast photos, its unreliable whether or not theres eggs/meat. When I went there was waffles, yogurt, tang, muffins, and cereal. I was really concerned what we would find. This place had some terrible reviews. We didn’t experience any bad. It is a very basic, budget hotel. ||It was exceptionally clean. Wonderful beds. Looked like newer furniture.||The walls are a bit thin. We didn’t experience any hear the neighbor talking and traffic, but by 9:30 it was very quiet. We never heard the neighbor or others staying leave before us. In fact, my husband, who rarely sleeps past 7, slept in till 8.||We would recommend this for a budget hotel. We needed a hotel that hard large parking and good access for a truck and 32’ trailer. We were able to park just outside our room and it felt very safe.

The hotel was decent and the rooms were clean. There was a bit of a weird smell but we had an odor neutralizer, so it wasn’t a problem. Considering the price and location, this is a really good option for anyone who wants to visit Big Bend National Park without breaking the bank..

I booked a second floor room, interior doorway. This hotel does not have an interior entry for rooms. I climbed slippery, rusty, tilted stairs to a room I would expect at a Rodeway Inn (this is not a compliment). I just needed rest, so I went to bed. I dealt with the mattress that felt like I was laying in a wood board, one that felt like it was from the 70’s and hadn’t been replaced. My husband and I dealt with the discomfort from waking after sleeping on such a thin, hard mattress. We decided that taking showers would help. I’m imagine our disappointment when we realized that would not be happening. First, the shower head looked like it had never been cleaned/replaced it was disgusting. Room had a Stink and bathtub was rusted. Neighboring room occupants were hanging out outside our room and talking loudly outside while drinking and smoking . We checked out after first night and front desk acknowledged that there was a stink in the room and hallway . They said rust is normal due to water quality. I am now seeing 3 night charge which I hope to get back money for 2 nights as told at front desk
