Quality Inn Eureka Springs South

Quality Inn really went above our expectations. We were expecting a not-so-pleasant experience based off the great price we received, however, that was not the case. The staff was wonderful. We really liked the breakfast staff and appreciated everything they did for us. They were extremely nice and personable. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Everything is 10/10 other than location. The hotel is 9 minutes from downtown so makes it a little bit of an inconvenience to get downtown, however, there is trolly stop right in front of the hotel. Also, we booked through Super.com their google description says indoor pool which is deceiving. There is no indoor pool, so we were a little bit disappointed to find this out when arriving.

The room was a little dated, but that's not a big deal for us. The main thing for me was whether or not it was clean, and it was. Very nice and helpful staff. We enjoyed the grounds and were happy to know that a trolley stopped there and that it was an option instead of driving everywhere. |The only negative was the breakfast. We're used to the standard free breakfast at most hotels, and this one was a little subpar.|All in all, it was a good experience, and we would be happy to stay there again.

Great motel in Eureka springs. 1.4 mile walk to downtown ( we do a lot of walking on vacay) Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The FREE breakfast was good.... These ladies worked their butts off to keep breakfast going! The fresh homade coffee cake was our favorite . For the price... This is an excellent place to stay. I'm sure it's really beautiful here in the summer. My only complaint.... You need to recycle to keep Eureka springs beautiful!

The Lobby was really pretty. And the hotel was decorated so nice for Christmas. But when we went in the air had a really old smell. I didn't think it was too bad though when we where ther, I could handle it. When we went to the room though, it was really bad. I could barely breathe. It was better when we turned on the heat. But we let as soon as possible. The only reason we didn't cancel out reservation was because we would not get a refund. Sorry, but I can't recommend staying here.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean. It is a older motel but we had no issues, water was hot. Mattresses were very comfortable. Firm, but a good firm. Slept like a baby. Gavin was wonderful with driving us to and from breakfast with the golf cart . Very polite young man! The hotel, I believe was sold out and yet, I never heard anyone in the next rooms. We were there for two days.
