Quality Inn Ennis

Had a great experience last week! Stayed here for a business trip, my son and I and when I tell you the ladies there were such a great help!! They helped us tremendously. I forgot the woman and man who helped me, forgive me. Rooms were CLEAN, Breakfast was set up perfect but I slept in longer every time since there’s so many restaurants to choose from right near the hotel in walking distance. Plenty of stores, gas stations and food to choose from. I will visit again if I had too. Thank you all. 💕🖤

The property was well kept and clean. The bathroom was up-dated. The bed was comfortable and I especially liked the refrigerator with separate freezer compartment . The recliner in the room was comfortable. We liked everything but our particular room was a little noisy with street traffic, but not so much that it interfered with our sleep. Overall a good, convenient experience.

There were so many positives from our stay! The staff is mostly family. It's family owned so it's run like you would want it to run...not like a corporate store. ||They are able to make decisions quickly on behalf of their guests. Here is an example. I woke up with my back hurting which it does frequently, and I knew from the posted pool and hot tub hours that they didn't open until 9:00. But at 7:15 I went to the main desk and was greeted with a cheery "Good Morning!". I shared that my back was hurting and within seconds one of the staff members was on her way to the pool to unlock the gate early and remove the hot tub cover. omggggg this hotel was so freaking cute and sooooo clean! the hotel staff was so nice to my bf when he was checking in. the hotel was so clean and the beds were so comfy too! they have beautifully renovated this hotel. i totally recommend . and also the pool area looks so nice i wish i would’ve have time to swim. definitely stay here don’t even hesitate!! this hotel was even cleaner than some marriott’s and hiltons i’ve stayed at.

Our room was not fancy but very clean, the most comfortable recliner, the breakfast room was also very clean and well kept with whatever we needed. And the staff was very helpful. And, everything worked - TV, refrigerator, towel rack stayed on the wall. Basic, I know but that was not our previous experience at a different hotel in a different location.
