Quality Inn Denver Northeast Brighton

Positive: Overall we had a decent stay. We only stayed for a few hours and hence can't write a thorough review! Negative: Internet wasn't working great, it's hanging up frequently. Jacuzi wasn't operational. Rest were somewhat fine(we couldn't use any facilities!) Google map gets confused on exact location as Hotel name board is invisible/ hidden from a few roads.

Was everything brand new? No. Was the pool operational. No. The cost is completely appropriate and this is still a great place to stay. With nothing but kindness, the general manager checked me in and assisted with all my special requests. The room is showing age but is still cared for. In my opinion, this is exactly what to expect for a room that’s almost half the cost of the surrounding hotels. To me it seems like they do what they can to keep it nice, but I can imagine it’s no easy task and I’d never expect it to be completely renovated in the blink of an eye. There’s a decent vibe here and the rest is just small stuff. May not be for everyone, but for someone looking to travel on a budget, this is a good find.

Front desk staff were nice. The hotel was disgustingly dirty. Toilet seat is deteriorating, cigarette stain in the toilet bowl. Dirty walls, light bulbs out. Microwave was rusted out inside. Coffee pot had old water with white floaters in it. The AC unit was filthy, parts were broken and creating horrible air quality in the room. Not one clock on the room had the correct time on it. The carpets throughout the hotel were filthy. Lucky for us we had a room without blood stains on the carpet or stains on the furniture, our friends were not so lucky. It's been a week since we checked out and we are still waiting for the 100 dollar incidental charge, which I should have charged them for my safety, to be refunded. Check-in service was great, smooth, no issues. The room, however, felt a little overpriced for the rate. The pool is also out of order. This location is right next to the railroad, and at ??: ?? p.m. the train station is very active. If that’s not something you’re into, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. ( Trying to sleep here) 🥱 I’d give Quality Inn Denver Northeast 1 out of 5 stars. The window insulation doesn’t help at all in keeping the outside noise out, so you’d be better off bringing earplugs. Hopefully, this place is well insulated during the winter. Let’s see if the complimentary breakfast makes up for the last-minute reservation. Sleep tight—hopefully, there are no bed bugs that bite! I’ll give an update tomorrow about the breakfast. Sweet dreams.

This place has an awesome complimentary breakfast. I was checked in quickly. It was centrally located near Walmart and other stores. They do require a $50 deposit but the room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
