Motel 85

We stayed one night to find out BED BUGS infestation in the entire room!! It was horrid! just avoid this place at all costs!

My brother and I stayed here 28th and 29th June 2010 when no motel room was available anywhere in Denver due to a soft ball tournament and convention taking up every room in the city. It's family run and the rooms need a bit attention but it was clean and at 45$ when we had been quoted 299$ for what appeared to be the last room in town it was very welcome. Pretty old fashioned but for those needing a bed for the night especially if travelling to the airport then this is so handy. No wi fi or breakfast but at the price for a room with 2 queen size beds then this filled the bill. Breakfast was taken at I-Hop on the next junction of I85. I would stay here again.

Prices are good, rooms are spacious, the staff is great. They do not supplies bathroom towels, soap or toilet tissue. If you are given a towel there is an assumed responsibility that you will wash it. They have a perfectly understandable reason for this. They are a mom and pop own motel and they are trying to keep their costs down so they can pass it on to the consumer and that to me makes perfect sense. They fill up quickly and have a great weekly rate for people. The rooms come with a fridge and microwave making your time there a lot more cost effective. The only thing that was disappointing was that xfinity had not come out and helped them get there wifi fixed while we stayed there. This motel is a bad place to stay. The owner and management allow drug dealing on property. They allow people to threaten other people on property. They say it's not their problem. Room are run down, mold, cracks everywhere, plumbing is bad, leaky faucets, leaks in the piping. The property in certain areas looks like a junkyard and you can never park your car in your space because of other people parking in your space. They are rude here and most times there's no one running the place that speaks English. So they can't understand you. Worst place in town. It needs to be condemned. City of Brighton needs to do inspection on this place. As well as Osha

It was great considering it was under $400 and had pet friendly rooms available for a fee.
