Best Western Brighton Inn

I've been here for over a week. Everyday there's a breakfast that is or offers a real breakfast. Yes they have the fruit, they have juices and oatmeal, along with milk and coffee. They have all of the amenities. A swimming pool, small gym, laundry. Access to wifi and computer with printer scanner and fax. What make best Western above the others is the hospitality, cleanliness and breakfast. It's a rotating meal from day to day. On one day they may offer breakfast burritos fixings, or omelettes, biscuits and gravy with sausage patties. It all depends on the day as to what they offer. The menu is always posted. It's really nice to wake up in the morning I know that you will have a good breakfast to start your day. Love it.

Positive: It was clean. The staff was great and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. Negative: I have no complaints. The hotel was great and when I go back, I will make sure that I book with this hotel again.

I believe this to be a older hotel best western has purchased and put there name on with little if any updates. They do this a lot I have ran into this before staying at a best western. They have some very nice hotels but as a guest I feel disappointed there buying older hotels and not doing much to upgrade them to there newer properties standards.

Will not be going back to this or any other Best Western again. It is apparent that they have slid down in quality. There was a mouse trap with what felt like a mouse inside. Tobacco pouches under one of the beds. The worst part of it was the actual beds, all springs and no cushion. Every movement I could feel and hear the springs. I ended up with no sleep and a lot of pain.

Stayed here for the location after a long trip across Nebraska. Everything about this place was fine - reasonablely clean and friendly - and appreciated that it was dog-friendly. There is a good running trail one block away which was a bonus. The Continental breakfast had a green chili option - fun local flair.
