Quality Inn Commerce at I-85

In my 600000 miles of riding this Trike all over this great Country of ours I was starting to question with Quality Inn should be marked off my list as a place to stay. That is until I found this Diamond in the rough. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The room was extremely clean....and....comfortable. While I am no fan of roll-in showers, being a disabled person myself, I must say this was the best setup I have seen. The front desk staff at check-in was a pleasure to work with and there is no question that this location will be marked and saved. The thousands of other Petels could learn a great deal from this owner.

My room was super clean! It had nice sheets and pillows, the room was quiet, and the staff friendly. Many choices nearby for food. Everything was perfect!! I would definitely recommend staying if you’re on the road and need a place, it is a great value and feels like a much more expensive hotel.

My experience at this hotel was unacceptable from the moment I called to ask a simple question about incidentals. The front desk attendant, Kimberly, got frustrated, spoke to me rudely, and then hung up in my face. That should have been my warning. I was booked for two nights, but shortly after breakfast I received a call telling me I needed to leave because “the fire marshal would be coming” and the owner was “paranoid” about me having my 3 children and 2 visitors. I have never in my life been asked to leave a hotel because my children needed a place to sleep. They were well behaved and respectful, and they did not deserve to be treated that way. The whole situation felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional. The conditions of the hotel made everything worse. There were roaches,

Very nice property. Very clean inside and out. booked suite with 2 beds and sofa sleeper. Huge room. Loved the availability of smokers spots all around. In a nice area with lots of dining and shopping. Only drawbacks were no elevators and no luggage carts. Would recommend highly.

Honestly, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff is awful; they speak to us like dogs. The room was filthy; there were cockroaches behind the bathroom doors, and the sheets were infested with bedbugs. It was a nightmare. I absolutely do not recommend it.
