Holiday Inn Express & Suites Commerce by IHG

Just got finished with the ice storm clean up in the area and our crew of guys working was staying there for the time we worked. I want to personally commend the nice lady that had the breakfast bar area hot and ready for us each morning. She was unbelievably nice and made sure each and every one of our needs were met with flying colors! I cant thank her enough for standing out in the crowd. She deserves the best! I sure hope she gets recognized for her unwavering commitment to the service she provides for everyone she meets! Thank you again for making an impact on all of us that stayed at this location in commerce.

Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast even had gluten free options. Staff was exceptional. My 3 year old niece left her stuffy at the hotel. The hotel called us when they found it and then left it at the front desk for us to pick up later. When we picked it up, they had written a little story complete with pictures about the stuffy and its adventure at the hotel. It totally made my nieces day and was such a kind gesture.

We were very happy with our stay. We were in town for a wedding in Athens. We had 4 adults in the room my husband and I along with our 2 adult children. From the moment we arrived until the time we left we were welcomed and greeted by the staff every time. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind with our questions and requests. The lady who served breakfast was friendly and always checking to see if we needed anything. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of selections. We loved the fresh cookies and lemonade in the evenings after we had been out for the day. The hotel is beautifully updated with a welcoming entry area that was decorated for Autumn. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the room decor was modern. The workout room was spacious and nicely equ

Entire hotel is Very clean and very well kept. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast area very well served lots of options for everyone. Definitely a location to repeat visit while traveling.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. We had stopped at 2 other hotels nearby before booking the night with this one. We chose to book here because the front desk attendant was so friendly and helpful! Pool is indoor and heated! The room was very comfortable and quiet.
