Quality Inn Cleveland, MS

Ms. Moore (manager) greeted me with her southern hospitality and beautiful smile when I arrived. She was very polite ,friendly and attentive to my needs and I didn’t have to do anything except a couple of questions to verify who I was. The rooms were very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice,fresh fruit and several other items. Unfortunately they were out of coffee but if that’s the only thing negative I have to say about my stay that tells you everything else was above expectations! Friendly hospitality and a clean room with a comfortable bed, nice thick bath towels just doesn’t get any better than this!! I will be back!! The room was shabby. The TV didn’t work, and the staff was practically nonexistent. In the mornings, there was no coffee available. The breakfast was me at best. Perhaps if the staff didn’t have their friends and family hanging out in the mornings consuming the breakfast items there would be some for the guests. Before I retired I averaged 200 nights a year in hotels most of which were Choice properties this one by far was the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

Hotel very nasty! Offers breakfast but once it’s gone before others get a chance to get any they won’t put more food out. Upon entering the room they was using mattress covers as a blanket. Annie and Heather came to service the room in did a amazing job the previous house keepers did terrible left it dirty never came to put tissue in bathrooms and never serviced the rooms but Annie and Heather did a amazing job they need more house keepers like that. Nobody is never at the desk. One is always outside on the phone. Terrible staffing here.

This was the nastiest room I've ever stayed in. One of the beds was completely broken, visibly slanted. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper or tissue. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting. I had to skip my morning shower.

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptionally disappointing. From the moment I checked in, I encountered a series of significant issues that I feel future guests should be aware of. The staff's conduct was unprofessional, and my requests for service were consistently ignored. My room was missing basic amenities such as an iron and an ironing board, and the in-room phone was not operational, making it difficult to contact the front desk. More pressingly, the toilet was non-functional and would not flush properly. Despite requesting housekeeping, I returned in the evening to find the room had not been serviced and the toilet remained broken. The shower was also unclean. Beyond my room, the hotel-wide services were just as inadequate. The complimentary breakfast was not prepared on time, and
