Quality Inn and Suites Lake Charles

This is the first 1 ⭐️ review I have ever posted. The owner/manager should take these bad reviews seriously and show his guests a little respect. The lobby should not be a scorching 83 degrees (anything over 78 degrees causes mold to grow, especially when combined with Lake Charles’ high humidity). The standard is 72 degrees. This high temperature puts your guests in a bad mood right from the start. If rooms are being updated/renovated/worked on, please do not rent them out. This is extremely disrespectful and unethical. If ten or twenty rooms need to be closed for a week in order to get them to a clean and comfortable standard, then so be it. This will bring you good/honest reviews and returning customers. upon arrival theres a sign saying no breakfast. the TV signal continually cuts out making it impossible to watch anything. the rooms on the 1st floor smell like mildew and have visible indicators of water damage frkm a flood. the pool looks great but its locked and labeled closed. the entire hotel needs a deep clean, things are dirty and neglected. a deep clean could add a star kn my opinion. water pressure terrible and the water is hard, difficult to get that'd . Overall if yiy can get a good cheap rate its not too bad but its no frills.... welcome to lake charles

The second you step in the room, you're hit with a musty mildew smell. The beds are okay and the bathroom is okay. The TV doesn't work at all, no matter what channel you put it on. The air conditioner constantly makes strange noises as if the airflow is going up and down. The first morning we asked about breakfast and were told they would only have breakfast during the week. It's Monday morning and now I'm being told the new motel owner doesn't have any breakfast set up at all. And I know it's September but it's still hot as hades out here and the pool, which is advertised as open right now, is closed. The hospitality is severely lacking. Won't be returning ✌🏻

Positive: "" Negative: It says there was free breakfast and there was NO breakfast. Also, advertisement said POOL and our guys were told NO POOL either.Very disappointing.

If your looking for a cheap room just to sleep this is the place other than that it’s bad apparently their false advertisement there is no breakfast and the pool not open plus the sheets are wash with some cheap detergent cause my skin was itching and it smell the straight up weed. It’s a nonsmoking hotel but them hallways smell nothing but the weed. Them pictures on the site looks nothing like what’s seen in person
