Quality Inn Alamosa

Older hotel. Large and set up with conference rooms and such. Rooms looked updated and super clean. Common areas clean but could use some repairs. Staff was friendly.

1. East parking lot light out. 2. Suspicious men hanging around picnic table by front entrance. 3. Wife was afraid of suspicious people in parking lot, rushed to get in east side door and tripped on sidewalk where some tiles were missing, bashing her knee. Knee still hurts her. 4. Nice TV, but no guide to tell where channels were. 5. Hair dryer didn't work. 6. Room had glass door to strange open area were kids were playing ping pong when we wanted to turn in early. 7. Coming in east door, piles of junk were visible in old restaurant area. Not a quality look. 8. Building looked very old and worn, but rooms seemed updated. 9. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

Great stay! Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, free coffee. Breakfast was a little bare but everything else was awesome! Reasonable price!

We had stayed here 3 different times within 9 days, while my college kids were in town visiting me and we traveled around. Each time we checked in, we had friendly,cheerful staff. This last time the front desk agent remembers be and made sure Ididnt need a pull out like we needed last time. Which we did, she quickly switched our room to the one we had last week. My error on the room type was easily fixed by an attentive employee. Our rooms were very clean each time. I live off grid about 5 min from here, and just might come back when I need a break from the homestead.

Great selection of rooms, depending on your needs. They're also priced fairly for all the amenities and recreational facilities. With a water park built into the facility. A gaming area & Workout center. This is by far the best stay in town. Affordable with over the moon features & extras. To make this stay even more outstanding. The Staff is the best in the Valley. All the office staff, including Mariah & Dennis are both top notch at their jobs. They're genuinely great people, with outstanding knowledge & customer service. They've always made my stays warm,welcome & without issue. I'd give them a ten outta 5 stars just for their going over & above duties to insure you have the best experience while staying here.
