Provo Inn & Suites

Walls are literally paper thin. The owners do absolutely NOTHING about having loud druggies there!! You have to request room service of you want new towels/ toilet paper. There is no microwave no stove. Just a fridge! Cops were there multiple times while I stayed there. My room was utterly disgusting. Blood boogers on the drapes, room wasnt clean at all. Horrible experience! Place needs to be shut down like the other motels on 3rd south. Drug addicts everywhere. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. And its pretty terrible that Wasatch behavioral sends people to these places!!

First off, the pics on the website are fake!!! This place is scary! The owners are so scared that the lobby is locked and you have to talk to them through a tiny window. If the owners are that scared, how safe will you be! Get your family out of their! The sheets were filled with pubic hair and we had to go to Walmart and buy new bedding. It was graduation weekend and there was no other place to go. The floors have probably never been cleaned. A man yelled in Spanish most of the night. It was a terrifying, sleepless night. We left after a few hours of sleep and got a different hotel the second night. This place is beyond scary. If you stay, you are putty yourself into danger.

Well... I'll just say it. The worst hotel/motel I've Ever stayed in. However the location is pretty close to downtown Provo. Poor Wi-Fi strength, poor TV signal (the remote was broken and not even taped closed) and short on blackout curtains. Noise travels way too easy between the upstairs & downstairs rooms. Service IF you ask for it. No phones in rooms so you must walk to the gun glass protected front door, wait for someone to come and then ask your questions, etc. My next Provo visit will be at the Marriott, period.

Most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed in by far. Bed was made with very DIRTY sheets. Refused a refund or partial refund. Light-switches, walls, basically every commonly touched item looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Also they got their caulk for free or something cause every crevice is neon yellow which is very classy!

The managers dog was allowed to use the doors to the rooms as it's own private latrine. There was feces everywhere. The office is supposed to be 24/hr but they weren't there most of the time. The room smelled and had to be cleaned. The entire place is in shambles.
