Intermountain Healthcare - Family Guest House

We stayed here while my mother was in Intensive Care until she passed away in the hospital across the street. We feel blessed we were able to stay here, especially since I live in California and there was no family close by for my aunt and I to stay with. The people here were very nice, and the room was great, with two big beds to sleep in for 4 of us, plus a common room for us to use with a refrigerator, microwave and other amenities, especially so we could have leftovers and heat things up, which enabled us not to have to go out to eat for every meal. Plus they had games to play, books to read, a large TV, and comfortable seating for all to enjoy in the common room. The guest house was very very clean and super comfortable. We were so appreciative to have gotten the opportunity to stay here especially during a difficult time. Intermountain staff was so kind, courteous, and helpful. Their kindness enabled us to stay there so we could get the rest needed to be there for family we had traveled some distance to help with. Thank you!

I called to see about availability at the gust house .I talk to Cassandra she was very rude about not having any availability as well highly unprofessional when ask if she had any Information on a discounted motel rooms , I got no help at all form her considering Utah Valley boast about their friendliness of their staff

I've had over 5 hospital stays that have lasted a week or more each time throughout the course of this year. Many, many, many tests and treatments for my pancreatic cancer and I have never met more compassionate and caring people than at Utah Valley Hospital. Even during all the covid business, the staff and nurses and doctors at this hospital are absolutely wonderful!

A quiet facility where families who have a relative in hospital for serious issues can find housing at a reasonable rate. Room was clean..we had access to a joint kitchen and a laundry room complete with soap. Can't say how grateful my daughter and I were.
