Prosperity School Retreat

This is best place we’ve found on the Hatfield-McCoy trails. Very spacious and accommodating for a great weekend of riding. So cool this is an old school. We can’t wait to book with Mike again.

We loved our stay. The cabin is perfect, with absolutely Beautiful views. Full kitchen with everything you need .The beds in all bedrooms were extremely soft and comfortable. We could tell a lot of planning and detail was put into place when building the beauty.Everything was very clean and updated. We plan to stay again. We were very happy and can't wait to go back and share our wonderful experience with friends and family !! Also could not beat the direct path on the Hatfield McCoy trail system .

It was absolutely beautiful! The house alone was so tranquil let alone the view in the mountains! Our boys absolutely LOVED it! Riding and exploring was “top tier” in their words. Lol. It was the perfect family getaway. If I could rate this with 10 stars I would! Easy booking process, the owner was very easy to get ahold of, no issues at all. I would live out here if I could!

Great host! We loved the house and all the history that comes with it. The host was kind, attentive, and very responsive. The location was perfect - close to gas, trails, and food - and the view from the front porch was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!

Property was a perfect match to description. The location works perfect to acces trails and local bar/restaurant was fantastic. We will definitely look into this property our next visit to the area.
