There are different places to stay in this town but good luck trying to find the price. Bruce is asking for these cabins and good luck getting a trained and skilled rider to show you the ropes. we came in completely lost and he showed us all the trails needed at our skill level. You have to pay a lot of money at many other resorts to get this kind of Intel. Bruce just did it out of the kindness of his heart. Thanks for your help Bruce. We appreciate you.

It's impossible to say that there could be a better value in the area. Other than this resort, the owner went above and beyond the Call of Duty showed us all the best spots and trail systems. We had no idea what we were doing. And he guided us every step of the way for a $140 a night. No, other place compares to what he can offer.

Bruce was a wonderful host. I posted on fb that I was looking for a cabin and Bruce reached out to me and had the dates that I needed. We got more then we bargained for, we were looking for a place to stay and we got a local guide and more then just a cabin. The cabin was well kept and clean and the location is fantastic up on the mountain and away from the main road and riff raff. We had 7 people with us and he was able to keep up with all of our needs. It rained every evening and the one evening it was clear we got back late. Bruce knew our kids wanted to roast marshmallows and make s’mores and much to our surprise when we got back he had the fire burning and ready for us! I can’t say enough good things about Bruce and Black Oak ATV resort!

Bruce is a great host. The cabin was simple and clean. He provided firewood for us as well. He assured us that he was available 24/7 if we needed anything.
