Eagle ATV Rental and Tours LLC

I have rented from Eagle several times and they have always been very easy to work with. They carefully curate the options they install on their machines to provide the best user experience on the Hatfield McCoy trails. I had set up a surprise birthday weekend for my wife with the kids and grandkids. The adult "kids" had limited experience and the grandkids under 10yrs old had only ridden in the yard on a small machine. The Rmax 4 compact worked great for them. It's easy driving with a tight turning radius and ample suspension/power/storage made the trip enjoyable and gave the inexperienced drivers confidence while driving precious cargo on the trails. We traveled almost 200 miles over 2 days of riding. I will rent from Eagle again.

There was only a minor bend in a rod, nothing major, and the staff said everything was fine when we returned it. They promised to refund the deposit in 2–3 weeks, but never did. Now they are lying that the vehicle was out of service because of this bend in the rod so they they wont return our deposit of $2000.

If you’re searching for a quality SxS to rent you have found it! My wife and I rented a two seater for 3 days. The machine was in tip top condition, we had zero issues, problems, or complaints! Everything you need for riding is here, from gear to passes. We were able to leave our vehicle, and ride the machine back to the cabin we were staying in, how awesome is that!! As a matter of fact, Bill had just put brand new tires on the machine we rented. After renting the Yamaha I’m certain this is the machine we will be purchasing in the future. This is the third year that I’ve rented a SxS from Eagle. I called a few days in advance, booked the 4 seater that I wanted for a family adventure (born and raised in McDowell, a neighboring county). I Moved to NC so now we meet up and it’s super convenient to stop here, get the SxS, leave my truck, go have a Blast! No loading, unloading, strapping, trailering… Always great machines. No maintenance surprises. Thanks again!

Dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. I left a $2,000 security deposit for an ATV rental. We caused a minor bend in an outer rod, easily fixable, and nothing was mentioned when returning the vehicle. They promised a refund in 2–3 weeks, but never sent it. After I filed a dispute, they forged a receipt to keep the money and later lied again, saying they’d return it after 90 days — still nothing. These are dishonest people with bad intentions who withhold deposits and falsify documents. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.
