Prospectors RV Resort

Have been at this park since end of October. We have traveled from coast to coast and I can honestly say this is one of the most welcoming campgrounds we have been to. At this campground everyone is friendly and respectful. The amenities are nice including a pool and hot tub and a huge clubhouse with pool table, gym and large area where they have weekly events that are fun and entertaining. There is a nice laundry room, reliable electricity/hook ups gravel lots with patios for every site also. This is not just a campground its a community. We have made more friends here than any other campground and seems like many of them come back here year after year. Its quiet at night and far enough away from town to be out of the hussle and bussle but close enough to enjoy all of the things in town.

We are so glad that we happened upon this place. They were very accommodating for us and is big rig friendly. The park and facilities are kept clean and well maintained. There are lots of amenities here including a great exercise/weight room, pool table that is in great shape with cues that aren't all beat up, and a huge laundry room. Everytime we have gone into the bathroom, shower, hot tub or pool, they were meticulously clean. They have different things happening in their clubhouse everyday if you choose to partake in the get-togethers. I am not very social but have really enjoyed this aspect as well. The location is also great. You're 1 mi from Walmart and only a few of miles from the main attractions like London bridge and the swap meet on Sundays. You can also ATV right from your cam

The park was clean. People were friendly. The pool was really nice. It was out of town a little ways but close to Home Depot. The only complaint I have is they charged I believe it was $700 as a deposit when I moved in and they told me that if I give them two weeks notice upon moving out that they would return my deposit. I give the notice but they kept my deposit. And lots of people that I have talked to in the park that our seasonal also have the same complaint. They tend to keep deposits. That is the only thing that I have to say about the park as being a negative. My rent was paid electric paid and they still kept my $700 deposit.

My deposit was kept also. Then I go to verify I lived there and they denied I lived there by putting my moms name on lease from March and she didn’t live there till July. I have all receipts showing my name on this. May no one rent here. She changes the books.

Quiet place to stay. Friendly staff and guests. Prices are better than most other places.
