they tried to tow me in my car out of the lot less than 20 minutes after my checkout time. couldn’t make it any clearer that they want you out of there. don’t try and rearrange things in your car before driving off, you’ll have a tow truck driver breathing down your neck

Very poor communication on the parking for this place. We requested 2 parking passes and were only given one. We offered to pay for a second parking pass and were told that wasn’t an option, even though there were plenty of open spots. The front desk receptionist was very unhelpful and had attitude. We wasted 2 hours of our trip on our first night just trying to fix this. Terrible customer service and communication. Also, the towels had stains…

The property charged my credit card at a time of booking, which was 2.5 months ahead of my stay. It was not clear at all that there will be charge and their policy states they can charge deposit at anytime. Of course had to dig into that to find it, very misleading. The property is not responding to resolve my concerns.

Great place with good amenities definitely would stay here again especially in room 104 it is my favorite place good pricing and always clean

Small rooms but they're lovely :) great location with a pool/hot tub and free transportation to downtown. We love staying here.
